Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
No, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Digital products provide immediate access to files or usage rights. For technical and legal reasons, we cannot make changes after an order is finalized. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase..

What file formats are provided for purchased designs?
The designs are delivered in TIFF format with a resolution of 300 dpi to ensure optimal quality. The files are in bitmap format, and color separation is not included.
Can I preview a design before purchasing it?
Yes, each product page includes a high-resolution preview. You can also use our mock-up tool to visualize the design on various materials (via the “Preview” button). The final quality will be even better with the original file.
Where can I find technical information about a design?
Technical details are available on the product page, just below the price under "Product Details."
This section includes:

- The file dimensions and resolution.
To determine the scale of the design based on its dimensions, simply go to the product page and hover your mouse over the design. The dimensions will be displayed to give you an idea of the scale.

Can I sublicense a design to a third party?
No, sublicensing is not permitted. The license is personal and tied to the original buyer.
Can I modify a purchased design to suit my needs?
Yes, you can modify the design within the conditions outlined in our terms. For instance, you may create color variations or alter certain graphic elements. However, the background containing the distinctive design cannot be used on its own. The main design can be used independently of the background. Delivery and Downloads
How will I receive my file?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a link via email directing you to the shop platform, where you can download your file in TIFF format. If you pay by credit card, the file will be available immediately. For bank transfers, the file will be accessible within three business days after receipt of the transfer.
How long do I have to download my file after purchase?
You can download your file during the validity period of your chosen license. After this period, access to the files will no longer be available.
What should I do if the downloaded file is corrupted or won’t open?
First, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
